Diagnosis

Head and mesosoma yellow; female mesoscutum and scutellum with dense reticulation and with strong sculpture inside each mesh, hence dull (same as in cardinalis); gaster yellow with four distinct dark brown cross-bands; fore wing speculum completely hairy.
